What is Confidence Plus?
Sometimes people purchase a new vehicle for the assurance of a new vehicle warranty. Other people prefer to buy a used vehicle because of budget needs. Confidence Plus Used Vehicles finds the right balance between purchasing a new vehicle with all of its associated warranties and guarantees, and the savings that can be realized from the purchased of a used car or truck. Because only the finest used vehicles are considered for the Confidence Plus Guarantee, we can offer you the reassurance of a quality Confidence Plus vehicle while maintaining your budget and confidence in the product. Brenengen's utilizes a comprehensive list of criteria and standards that a used car or truck must meet in order to be considered a Confidence Plus Used Vehicle. Based on these qualifications, only Confidence Plus Used Vehicles come with a 3-Day Money Back Guarantee, and a 30-Day Comprehensive Limited Warranty and a 30-Day Exchange Policy.

Money Back Guarantee
Every Confidence Plus Used Vehicle comes with a 3-Day Money Back Guarantee. It gives you the opportunity to use your new Confidence Plus Vehicle in your everyday world, and allows you to decide if the vehicle truly fits your needs. If, after 3 days, you feel that you need a different car or truck, Brenengen's will gladly refund your money, minus your mileage and license fees. Very simple. The reason we give you this guarantee is because we work hard to assist you in selecting the right vehicle from the start. In addition, we believe that Confidence Plus Used Vehicles are simply the best vehicles that money can buy!

Confidence Plus Policies
Eligibility: Confidence Plus benefits are usable only by the original retail purchaser and are not transferable. Eligibility of vehicles is terminated upon accident, collision, modification, damage or other changes to the condition of the vehicle purchased beyond normal wear and tear. (Normal wear and tear to be determined by dealer.) No purchaser shall be eligible for more than one refund or exchange during any one 12-month period.

Commencement: Confidence Plus benefits commence on the day the vehicle is delivered to the retail purchaser.

Exclusions: Vehicles used for livery, taxi, or delivery services are excluded from Confidence Plus coverage. Repairs covered by any manufacturer's warranty are excluded from coverage. Confidence Plus benefits do not include routine service such as tune-ups or oil changes unless performed in conjunction with a covered failure, nor do the benefits include road service, storage or repairs by persons not authorized in advance by the dealership's Used Vehicle Manager.

Purchaser Requirements:
Money Back Guarantee:
Purchaser must return vehicle to the Brenengen dealership of purchase during normal business hours by the end of the third (3rd) day following delivery or within a maximum of 500 miles, whichever comes first. All original purchase documents must be returned as well. Purchaser must pay any principle, interest and other amounts due to provide the dealership title to the vehicle free and clear of all liens and encumbrances. Brenengen's will refund to the purchaser the purchase price, together with any administrative fees (including any prepayment fees but specifically excluding interest charges) and the price of any service plan purchased from Brenengen's, less mileage fees of twenty-five cents ($.25) per mile up to two hundred fifty (250) miles of use and fifty cents ($.50) per mile for mileage beyond two hundred fifty. Vehicle insurance and credit life of disability insurance are separate transactions and any related expenses to such policies are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

30-Day Exchange:
Purchaser may exchange the purchased vehicle for any other Confidence Plus Vehicle in inventory, provided the vehicle selected is within $500.00 of the original vehicle price. The returned vehicle must be brought to the dealership of purchase within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase, or before 1,000 miles, together with the original purchase price documents. After the dealership performs an inspection on the vehicle and determines that there is no damage, modification or excessive wear and tear, Brenengen's will credit or debit the purchaser against the purchase price of the second vehicle selected, minus any administrative fees (including any pre-payment fees but specifically excluding any interest charges), less mileage fees of twenty-five cents ($.25) per mile for the first five hundred (500) miles and fifty cents ($.50) per mile thereafter. The price of any service plan purchased from Brenengen's will be credited toward the price of a service plan for the second vehicle. Vehicle insurance and credit life or disability insurance are separate transactions and any related expenses to such policies are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If financing the replacement vehicle, the customer must qualify with a lending institution.

Vehicle Inspection:
Any vehicle returned or exchanged under this Confidence Plus Policy will be inspected by the Brenengen Service Dept. for damage, modification, or excessive wear and tear. The vehicle is not eligible to be returned or exchanged if any of these conditions are found.

Warranty Coverage
Mechanical Breakdown Coverage: If any of the covered parts break down during a period of 30 calendar days or one thousand (1,000) miles, whichever occurs first, from the Vehicle Purchase Date (the "Warranty Period"), the Brenengen dealership where purchased will, at no charge to Customer, repair or replace any such parts. Mechanical breakdown coverage applies to the covered parts listed, plus related labor, but does not cover parts which are covered by any warranty of the manufacturer. Notification of failure of a covered part must be take place within the warranty period.

Repairs will be made with parts of like kind and quality. It is expressly understood that replacement parts and/or components need not be new, but may be used or rebuilt and will be guaranteed serviceable. A "breakdown" or "mechanical breakdown" means the failure of any original or like replacement part covered by the Warranty to work as it was designed to work in normal service. However, reduced operation performance due to wear and tear shall not be considered a breakdown within the meaning of this Warranty. This Warranty does not constitute a written affirmation of fact or promise by Brenengen's, that the material or workmanship of the automobile or any parts thereof are free of any defects or will meet a specified level or performance over a specified period of time.

Exclusions from Coverage
This Warranty does not cover or apply to: A) Any parts not listed. Brenengen's will not repair or replace these items or any other item not listed unless required in conjunction with the repair or replacement or a covered part. B) Any damage or breakdown caused by collision, flood, fire, theft, vandalism, riot, explosion, natural disaster, abuse, misuse, or alteration.

Claim Procedure
In the event of a mechanical breakdown, Customer must follow these instructions:
A) Unless prior authorization is given, repair or replacement of covered parts must be performed at the Brenengen dealership where purchased.

B) If a breakdown occurs within the Warranty Period and Customer is not within a reasonable distance, then Customer should contact Brenengen's immediately for the name and location of the nearest authorized repair facility. If Customer pays for repairs or replacement parts, an authorized number is required for reimbursement.
